home: trend [ high contrast ]
This year sees a big focus on colour blocking and contrasting tones on furniture. Primarily this is seen through monochrome interiors with the high contrast between black & white.
This doesn’t mean your whole home needs to be monochrome, but you can certainly use elements of this trend to create a stand out room.
Key features we have spotted are black legged chairs and table with lighter fabric seats, dark rugs on white flooring, and contrasting woodwork to walls.
Paint is the easiest way to create impact, and if you really don’t like it, you can change it!
