When we first found this independant brand we thought, why has this not been done before. The simple idea of metal lockers and cabinets in various colours is brilliant.

Mustard offers 4 different cabinet shapes with a choice of 8 colours, as well as a wire basket selection, also available in the same colours.

Started in 2018 by sisters Becca & Jess, Mustard is a brand to keep an eye on. With their products being sold through online retailers as well as Liberty, London these ladies are going to be big.

For many it’s the go-to site for buying things you need last minute (thank you amazon prime), others loath it for being the big quasher of other stores through its competitive pricing and ease of shopping – but it does offer small stores an outlet to reach a bigger market (albeit if they take a big cut) and also it’s surprisingly home to many many good interiors pieces.

By just searching under the top trends (scandi, industrial, marble, Moroccan, midcentury and more, there’s an abundance of great homewares and furniture that comes up – and at great prices!

Plus as the returns system is so easy, it makes it simple if you get the wrong product or change your mind.

We found such a collection of good lighting under one (virtual) roof, we definitely recommend checking out the lighting department at La Redoute. Not only do they have a broad, stylish and well designed range that covers many current trends – industrial, minimal, atomic, Scandi, retro, maximalist – but also with the renowned huge regular sales, there’s always a chance to get a really great discount of your choice!
