A perfect little home project, to use up all those scraps of paper – choose your colour, print, pattern, and use this great tutorial to make a woven recycled paper basket.

It could be made any size (although smaller would be stronger) and used for storage, a plant pot holder, make up brushes, trinkets… anything!

We love this guide from TheCraftoholicWitch !

This Mexican inspired ‘gods eye’ wall hanging is a lovely piece of art for any room. It’s really easy to achieve and simply uses various yarns, dowls and a pair of scissors.

By setting the dowls in a cross you can then weave the yarn around to create the pattern.

Head to almostmakesperfect.com for the tutorial.

This textured wall hanging is a perfect introduction to latch hook weaving. It’s not a quick process but we think it’s worth it. Choose your favourite coloured cotton and wool, and design your own pattern.

We have found this tutorial from abeautifulmess.com to tell you all you need to create this gorgeous hanging.
