Autumn is upon us and we relish the new season homewares that fill the High Street stores and online – so we think about creating new looks for the home. Embrace the autumn tones and create cosy, layered up looks with pattern and texture, in the colours of nature.

As well as a now much larger range of incredible unique vintage pieces – Urban Outfitters also has an array of new homeware and furniture in rich golden, mustard, orange and walnut tones.

We’ve picked our favourite 9 to bring a new look to a bedroom or lounge.

Continuing in 2019, is the love for alternative wall art.

Not framed work, not prints, not original paintings – but creative visual pieces with colour and texture and a unique feeling that you might have picked it up at a craft fair, a market whilst travelling the world or been handed it down through the family.

Shop at Anthropologie or Urban Outfitters for a gorgeous range of options but also online small designer market places like Trouva and Etsy.

Keep eyes pealed at car boot sales, charity shops and vintage markets as this is where the real gems can be found with the most appealing prices.
